Refund Policy

Within 30 days after delivery, customers may request review of goods that are damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed. Change of mind, preference, or selection mistakes do not qualify for return.

Include the order number, checkout email, explanation, and clear photos or video. Do not mail a product without written authorization. We review evidence and authorized returns before approving a replacement, subject to stock, or a refund to the original payment method.
